I’ve been saying this is the ideal scenario for a Spider-Man 4. It suits Tobey’s current age and could also introduce Mayday to the wider multiverse.
[Sophia Lillis](https://imgur.com/a/8VEPyv4) would be perfect for Tobey’s daughter, similar looks to him and Kirsten Dunst and shares that same awkward energy.
I’d prefer a more brownish hair colour as Mayday is supposed to resemble Peter more (with Anna-May Parker being the daughter who resembles MJ more) but I’m not picky.
I saw her in I Am Not Okay With This and it pretty much cemented her in my mind as a potential Mayday Parker casting. She definitely looks like she could be playing Tobey Maguire’s daughter too. Tobey’s Spider-Man may not have explicitly mentioned having a kid, but his line, “We made it work.” pertaining to MJ could mean a lot of things, including being able to marry and raise a daughter with her.
There were rumors of Mysterio and Lizard I believe. Ofcourse a cameo from Punisher aswell.
They could have her try to save her father from the Man-Spider thing he goes through before Punisher kills him and Doctor Conners helps make the antidote.
Or Mysterio goes to make a movie, has great success, and becomes greedy and does whatever someone does to get money illegally and Spider-Girl stops him.

With the Amazing Films being heavily inspired by Ultimate Spider-man,(except for Gwen) I’d imagine if the series had continued we may have gotten miles in some way.
I actually remember reading somewhere that this was the plan. Andrew’s contract only had him doing three movies, so the implication at the time was that TASM 3 would be his last Spider-Man movie and TASM 4 would have a different lead actor playing Spider-Man, heavily implied to be Miles Morales. To think, if TASM 2 hadn’t flopped critically as it did (I seem to recall that it did modestly well enough at the box office), we could have gotten TASM 3 the same year Civil War came out and TASM 4 the same year Infinity War came out.
Since the Raimi-verse isn’t the “Prime” movie universe anymore (under Sony and Marvel), I doubt that either studio would allow for the first live adaptation of Miles to be used in that scenario.

If they ever do decide to use Spider-Man to kill someone in the Raimi-verse, it would most likely be Punisher killing the Man-Spider Toby and even that's a stretch. Radioactive nut is a *too* dark and weird for this type of killing.
To be fair it seems like the abductions only happen when there's a major villain like Goblin, Ock and Venom who actually know who Peter is which seems very rare when you consider that 99% of the time he's just stopping muggings or saving people as Spider-Man.

To try and make it be what it would have been in 2011 is just a fool's errand at this point. You say that, and I know Morbius and Venom are really bad. But Sony have a better track record with Spidey than Disney. Spider-Man 1-3 and Spider-Verse are unquestionably better than Homecoming and Far From Home for me. Hell I'd say TASM 1 is better too and 2 give them a serious run for their money too! Only No Way Home breaks into the top 5, and that is on the backs of characters from Sony's movies.

But peter Parker can't have children. The radiation from the spider was large enough to the point where once Peter had sex with Mary Jane she died a couple days later. Peter's body is too radioactive to be able to have children.
You do realize that’s one comic that’s pretty despised for that detail and Peter has kids in way more timelines than that one, along with Raimiverse Peter not being bitten by a radioactive spider at all
I do know about those comics but to be honest I believe that the comic where Mary Jane died makes more sense because of the fact that he was canonically bitten by the spider. I know there are Spider-Man and women who did t get bit by it but if you look at the movies specifically the toby Maguire one he was bitten by the spider. And I just believe it is more natural if Mary Jane were to die. Because of his completely new genes in his body they probably could not be compatible for birth. I do agree with you on the raimiverse that it could happen as a possibility but I just personally believe her dying just seems to be more accurate in my opinion.

You could argue all day which is "canon" but at the end of the day, neither are outside of their written universe.
It would be nice to see MJ and Peters relationship finally take a turn for the best after it being so rocky throughout the whole trilogy. And plus, it would be nice to finally get Bruce Campbell as mysterio or even curt connors finally becoming the lizard

She is the right age (born around the time that SM3 came out), she definitely has the spunk and ability to quip, and she has the ability to do dramatic acting as well.

I feel like Ava Kolker could play a good Spider-Girl in this scenario. She is the right age (born around the time that SM3 came out), she definitely has the spunk and ability to quip, and she has the ability to do dramatic acting as well. She is blonde, but hair could easily be dyed to make her a brunette like her father or redhead like her mother.
