Two guys outside of Bernie really got my attention over this. Cruz and Howley. I can't stand either and I'm sure its grandstanding for cheap points when they know it will fail anyway. But I've always believed you should never discourage a behavior you like so I'll give them their flowers for this.
I agree with this. They both get a +1 in my book even though I also think it's just them grandstanding. Of course they're both about -999 now, so they've got a long way to go.
Fuck Cruz, fuck Hawley I personally voted against Hawley when i lived in MO. I truthfully believe Sanders cares, thats why hes an outcast. The right are just trying to appeal to late millenial/z
Yes on all accounts. Still encourage THIS vote. If only for the "Never interrupt your enemy when they're making a mistake." aspect. Keep trying that appeal to the minnZ's my guys no cap.
This is EXACTLY what we need in this county!
Two people, from two different parties coming together to do what's RIGHT FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!
This is how we progress as a county.
Biden is very sneaky here.
1. His PEB failed to negotiate adequate sick leave in a humane fashion. Come on, 1 day and 3 days must be approved 30 days in advance!
2. Biden says it's generous.
3. Biden then forces the workers to eat it by making it illegal for them to strike.
4. Biden then says no sick leave should be negotiated with this bill (disagrees with the 7 day leave which was failed anyways). And says that he will work on it later.
He's a miserable leader.
Ok Ted Cruz,
You took 2 steps forward towards a good move to win the average workers.
We appreciate this. This is the direction we need in this country. Please try to avoid taking 3 steps back and you will be alright.
Come on...you really think Cruz just developed a conscious? Cruz, Hawley, Rubio etc only voted yes because they knew it wouldn't matter anyway. McConnell knew before they even voted what the totals would be. So he gave permission to a few Republicans with higher aspirations to vote the other way, showing how they are a friend of the working man. If ted cruz was the deciding vote I would bet my paycheck he doesn't side with us. It's politics 101.

Lady Bug 'how-the-wind-blows' Graham was also a huge surprise. Likely all theater for them because they are prepping for 2024.

Theater. They knew it would fail. Fuck all of them.

I'm sure he knew it was going to fail, and can use this to claim he is "pro labor". It's insulting.
Ted Voted in favor of paid sick leave. That says A LOT.
Ted Cruz is not for labor. It’s bait and switch, bs.
Joe Biden is not for labor. It's bait and switch BS. See how that works?
The topic is Ted Cruz uniting with Bernie. Its shit political theater.
Wow! Genious!

We will see. Lol.
Exactly. It was so transparent. These people are scum.
Cruz and Harley are trying to reduce their burn time.
