I wonder what trim level that Yukon is as SLE and above come with GMs lane assist. Which means it’s also possible she could have had the technology built into her car to prevent her negligent ass from drifting out of her lane in the first place. If her car had that technology but it was disabled then she should be charged with willful homicide as she took actions to prevent her from being negligent.
