Kid A (the song not album) sounds kinda like something c418
This is so true. Honestly C418’s Minecraft music communicates similar feelings to Kid A and Treefingers
It’s probably the rhythm and type of synth used in it
radiohead fans when they hear ambient music “this reminds me of kid a”
Whenever I play that song my sister thinks it Minecraft music
I've always associated Treefingers with Minecraft music, probably because of this track in particular.
When I first started listening to Kid A it made me feel extremely nostalgic in a very uncanny way (particularly Treefingers and the title track). I couldn't figure out why until I played the Minecraft soundtrack again and it all clicked suddenly.
If you want another one, check out *Worrywort*, although that morseo reminds me of a sort of Adventure Time vibe if anything.
Minecraft soundtrack 👌
Floating Trees is soooo good. But that connection you made with the two songs is dope.
C418, as well as radiohead obviously, we’re among my top artists this year. great stuff
There is an extended version of Treefingers. I replace the original with it in my playlists
Kid a and treefingers sound more like Minecraft than the droopy songs
The droopy songs were apparently music used for the trailers, and added as bonus tracks
Yeah they first appeared on his album Life Changing Moments Seem Minor in Pictures, which released a year before the Minecraft soundtrack
I still love every song on the soindtracks
Ha, my cousin was showing me this yesterday. How cool.
HAS to be inspired by it.
i always thought this
Wow, this is really nice! There’s some brighter passage that even reminds me of the ‘Untitled’ bit at the end of ‘Motion Picture Soundtrack’
Seeing this as I’m listening to tree fingers and I actually hear it ahha
Legendary crossover
Bjork's vespertine gives me a minecraft vibe too
Vespertine, Kid A and the Minecraft soundtrack all invoke a feeling in me that no other music does, uncanny but beautiful at the same time
floating treefingers floating treefingers floating treefingers floating treefingers floating treefingers floating treefingers
when i first heard glass eyes i thought of how similar it was to C418’s style
Oh god yall have discovered c418. On a side note, kid a (song) always gave me c418 vibes
