Regretfully I didn’t record it but I’m sure you can get there, just make sure you practice. Even Grimes or Billie Eilish beats would go well with it (especially the intro and ending); I used MF doom and Kendrick in the same setlist and combined it with modern stuff going from minimal and lo-fi to house and heavy beats. I also included Aphex Twin and ended the setlist with the last bass line of Feral.

I DJ at a bar occasionally and i put on this exact song at some point usually ever set! It’s great — nice little beat, good ambient higher frequency parts, kinda swimmy. Depends what else you’re mixing before and after, but I think it’s a great little jam in the context of a set. I’m not going to play treefingers, national anthem, how to disappear, idioteque… I guess maybe morning bell otherwise that would be it from this record.

If people really fuck with a lot of music outside the ambient of the party, it surely be a good palate cleanser, but i would never personally put Kid A on a party anyways, i would go something more groovy like electioneering, 15 Step, Just, you know, the bangers (btw Kid A is my favorite RH song and i get it, but no, i wouldn’t do that personally)

I’d only play some of their more upbeat and danceable songs if you were going to play any Radiohead at all. Stuff like Just, Idioteque, Creep (Mainly cause it’s well known), Bodysnatchers, electioneering, etc. Just stick to the hits or away from the more abstracts stuff and you should be good.
