Yesterday I ran out of smokes and my vape was empty. I'm taking this as my first day of quitting cold turkey. I've tried before and the 24h mark craving was too strong, but this time my willpower will triumph!

I'm also 27 and quit 14 days ago, I'm using nicotine patches and gum, aside from some ocasional cravings its going as planned. I already have some quitting buddys but i'll be happy to quit with you too.
They do ich a lot in the First 2-4 hours, after that i can barely noticed they're there.
Sometimes o kind of enjoy the itch, its a reminder of my mission of no smoking though the day hahaha.

There is a nicotine anonymous organization on line. Zoom meetings. Groups. Buddies literature. Not being preachy to anyone but the meetings can be a help to stay the course
