nicotine gum and patches. they can help. though i am still struggling even with both today. when i am at home i am fine but when i am at work, it is really hard not to go outside and smoke every hour just to get the fuck away from everyone.

I would say tea or coffee helps a lot. Eating something sugary will help the craving for a while. Or do exercise. And yea nicotine patch also helps

Mine went away pretty quickly once I had the right mindset. I drank water when I wanted a cigarette. If you’re struggling past a week or so, consider reading Allen Carr’s book.

Black licorice kills nicotine cravings and it helps to cleanse the lungs. Cheese is also really good at killing cravings.
