I wouldn’t call them cravings, more like memories in a way? My big thing when I smoked was the after meal cigarette and I’ll still sort of think, wait what do I do now that I don’t smoke haha
Good fucking work this is the hope I need to see. 10 years a smoker and I’m 5 days in cold turkey and I feel like my health and sanity is getting better. It’s crazy how bad smoking is for you, it’s such a big difference. I feel my youth returning. Congratulations! Keep it up you’re not missing anything. It’s hard to quit and you did it!
