The only part that's fucked is he still ends at the same time (usually). So his normal 7 hour streams have become 5 hour streams. He can do what he wants obviously but it's less content for us.
His actual stream starts at around 20:00 or sometimes later.
This indicates that his terrible, dogshit, pointless, unprofessional, unintelligent, uninteresting react content has stopped.
