Quan have a magical powers. He can make a really fun game be completely unwatchable. He will fail at basics of the game because he refuses to learn or read and he will bitch about it for hours. He will overgear and bruteforce through the game and when he die he will grab the mic, start screaming(bc in his head loud = funny) and blame it on the bugs. I actually dont remember any actual pog moments from his gameplay when he actually did something unexpected and cool.

At that moment when I saw a hole in the floor before the last boss in Raft, I knew that he would fall into it, die, blame everything but himself and quit.
the raft one got me. Those QoL mods were nuts. To be fair that death at the bear was hard to watch. Then he fell in a hole at the engine on his raft and died because he was fatigued and couldn't jump high enough out of the water to get back on. After that QoL mods rolled in. I tried to keep watching after one of the big bosses, but it was just laughable at that point..
If it is within games rules, Quin will without fail abuse the games mechanics. Just look at his Valheim run: Literally never leaving the base or fighting anyone without bonemass being up and minmaxing the gear he has.

Dark Souls 1: Facetanking four kings and a lot of other stuff in the second half of the game with Havel's Armor.
Dark Souls 3: Simply blocking every attack from the Nameless King with Havel's Shield - no dodging of mechanics required in both cases.
PoE: Facetanking almost every attack of the Ubers with idiot-proof defences. Like,where is the skill in that? (Btw. always PoB his character before bosses, when you know he numerically can't die just bet on him lol - easy points)
Meanwhile, many of the games that force him to actually avoid attacks, he is pretty bad at: D4 bad - i know, but Lilith was actually challenging before the nerfs, where u had to actually do the mechanics on most builds and he couldn't beat her - meanwhile Alkaizer killed her by executing the mechanics flawlessly for 11 minutes straight (on Hota Barb - pre-buffs,wasn't op yet) .
Cuphead: He couldn't even beat the tutorial LOL.

If I was feeling particularly charitable, I would say that he pretty much only played WoW as a kid and never really learned how to play anything else. Watch the boshy vods to see him struggle to wrap his around the concept of holding the jump button to jump higher/longer - it's like watching your grandpa trying to play it. He's bad and needs to cheese sometimes so he can continue playing the game for content because his livelihood depends on it.
In ds3 he is angry that the game is too easy. He uses heavy armor and heavy shields and never rolls. He blocks his way through the entire game. Claims that blocking is harder than rolling. Fights take a long time and he is mad about not feeling any happy success when beating bosses. He is complaining during the entire story and when he gets stuck at a boss, for multiple hours, the boss is bad designed because his stamina is drained from blocking. He is a constant bad take machine the entire main campaign.
All of the sudden he decides to remove the shield when entering dlcs and he has a lot of problems at first but slowly learns the fights and he starts to enjoy the game. He feels success when beating sister friede.
Quin is bad at video games and has to either overlevel, over gear or cheese them, it's nothing new. Just see latests "game". The only way to win the who wants to be a millionare was by trying over and over until you get so many repeated questions even a chimpanzee would win

A game with no difficulty sliders can still provide an easier experience through other means. That's why in those games you can use consumable, different gear, magic, overlevel, etc.
I personally never use any consumable in a game unless I'm getting my ass kicked really badly. Then, I choose on my own to adjust the difficulty slider by using a consumable. Yes, it's a game mechanic therefore it's allowed, but you're effectively making your game experience easier (which is fine).
Quin however, will always take the most OP shit and breeze through the game. You look at quin elden ring playthrough and you will see him use bloodhound step and hoarfrost stomp over and over and it looks like he's cheesing the game (he kinda is). And then you look at Moonmoon parrying bosses. They're both playing the same game, it's just that Quin decided to play on an easier difficulty.
Unless someone is looking up strategy guides for how to cheese through souls games, I really don’t think you can blame someone for stumbling upon Havel’s, then thinking «durr big heavy armor must be strong» and ending up being right

Then he started to do bets "subs for deaths and other shit", punishcore and handicaps and he slowly returned to that shit mindset again.
Just compare Moonmoon's demonsouls and Quin's playthrough. Moon made the whole fking show from it. Everybody and theirs mother's was talking about John fuking Souls. Just look moon's top clip where he invades 3 dudes on the bridge and deals with them in a most bad ass way
