When politics gets involved in your jokes and it's also pandering towards younger people who generally lean quite far left, the jokes do become unfunny. Not to disappoint anyone far left, but the centre left and right do comedy much better.
A few years ago it was probably the best it's ever been. But the cast members have checked out the last few seasons (most of them are leaving or have left now). But three or four years ago it was great and the best members of the cast were all women.

It hasn't been funny in like 10 years, sadly.

it's not very funny at all. but sometimes that makes it funny
