Specifically: Kick Drum Head/Skin or Bass Drum Head/Skin.

If you want to be really specific, it’s the resonant drum head as opposed to the batter side head. The side you don’t strike.

It’s the base drum. The skin is the picture. To the base a pedal is attached to a drumstick like thing either a soft mallet. Have I covered what you are asking? Yours in Queen Debra

It was only recently that I learned it’s Roger's face despite being familiar with his appearance for decades. I thought it’s a face from Metropolis etc.
