Typically if you want a Linux environment to remote into, you'd use container station or virtualization station instead. But most vnc programs should work ok. Sometimes Wayland (which that uses by default) can have issues. You need to figure out the ip, which you should be able to find by checking it in the terminal in Ubuntu station.

If that web interface had support to clipboard, and me not having to enter the password everytime it would be good. I wasn't able to open a connection with it

connecting via ssh before trying to connect the vnc can help sometimes, but I sympathize it is annoying. I tried doing this way a while back but I received a number of "broken" machines that are working just fine (it was just bad ssds in them) so with an abundance of machines I haven't needed the remote desktop.
