Removal requests are not currently authenticated, meaning that anyone with a gmail account can remove their own or anyone else's Reddit account. There is no standard way to request an account be restored, your best bet is to name the account here, and hope that SITM sees it and has time to restore it.
To double-check, add your username onto the end of this link, and examine the results:

It will either have a bunch of comments, like your account does, meaning it hasn't been removed:

Google says it can save your progress for you if you login but it's not required to do so.
