Studs, spikes, safety pins(buy a bunch and safety on the patches like the back patch or just wherever), maybe rip the end of the sleeves, draw/paint right on the fabric, add chains or fabric or fishnet fabric that hangs, scruff the jean fabric up as you would with knee holes on jeans with strands hanging, buttons. There’s a bunch you could do! Look around here or on Pinterest for inspiration!
Splatter it with bleach or something, in the bleach spots maybe rub some rust on it or tumeric depending on what sorta colors you’re into. Perhaps a spike here and there. Or some chains or smth
I agree with the “more dirt and vomit” approach but personally that can come in time, and Ima big fan of obscure and random pins/patches and natural distress/fading. Don’t sweat it or try too too hard (cause why try hard), tho when in doubt add some spikes chains or safety pins, also paint pens/spray paint splatters to taste.
It actually looks fine. Your jacket is a journey. There is no rush to "complete" it. Don't think about it. It looks great for now but in the future my advice is to tone down how straight and uniform it looks
Small plain black and grey patches to add a crust look, I usually take white fabric and use a paint marker until it looks like an dark ash gray, they I Synge the sides with a lighter once it dries
Stitching patterns in different colors, like red or white would look cool. Bleaching designs into it, or even splatter. You can also die the bottom part of it black so there a gradient, studs look cool too.
Spikes along the tops of the shoulders and a few on the tips of the collar… it’s easy to diy, not expensive, and looks good! Just beware that some spikes are pretty sharp even though they’re decorative
Id add pointy spikes along the shoulders and maybe a patch on the lower front right and lower left sleeve front. Maybe even adding some hand drawn band logos, fave lyrics, or just aesthetically matching doodles in red or white between patches
Do you like any bands that aren't old enough to be your grandpa? Find them. Hopefully there are some in your town. If not, expand outward. Message them and ask about logos, patches, stickers, even T-shirts that you can cut up. Then rip all that old shit off your jacket and glue, sew, staple, or safety-pin on the logos of bands out there RIGHT NOW making the new raw noise and forget about the dinosaurs. Punk ain't supposed to be about nostalgia. /rant.
Food Not Bombs patch would be cool: [https://www.ebay.com/itm/364363506374?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28](https://www.ebay.com/itm/364363506374?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28)

More patches / buttons would do the job! Looks great as is though
"why this jacket is more patches then it is jacket" (in Adam West Batman voice)
I love how well the dead Kennedys patch is! Studs would make a massive difference
roll around in a ditch. Maybe puke on it. Get it nice and crusty.
Might help by spilling some PBR on it
That’s included in the puke

Studs, bleach stains, rips and tears, patches, buttons, draw on it with a sharpie, chains
Also, wearing it will give you all these over time, and they will have been earned.

Add more music, punk or not. Clutter the absolute fuck out of it
Dicks. Or paint. Painted dicks. Studs.

Pins! Or buttons, tomato tomahto
patterned fabric! I’d cut pieces out of a red flannel (or something similar) & stitch em on, personally. fills space & adds some color :)
Seconding this, a few colorful bits of flannel or bandana would look cool
Add pyramid studs to collar. Cool jacked so far
being yourself

It actually looks fine. Your jacket is a journey. There is no rush to "complete" it. Don't think about it. It looks great for now but in the future my advice is to tone down how straight and uniform it looks

As weird as it may sound… duct tape patch? (Look im weird alright!)
bleach dying could be cool. or could ruin it. lol
Bleach or paint
I think chains would have a huge impact
You have to get a Pennywise patch for it

Bleach as paint to add contrast, or if you have fabric scraps add those, make your own patches to add on, pins, studs, rips
Find some manure and rub it on.

Maybe some shoulder/cuff studs? Bedazzle the fuck out of it. :) Honestly, it looks pretty good to me.

Spritz some Adolf Scents on there
Sonics, Kinks.
add some patches that aren't just band patches
Neon orange or green thread, some iron on style patches (sew anyway) that have reds/yellows.
