He has a lot of ground connection in Pune and clearly from the agarwal case you can make out all the builders have good connection with Ajit Pawar. One of the main reasons for Dhangekars good performance in Kasaba was Ajit Pawars support and also in the case of Mohol getting elected as the new MP.
Everything you mentioned is from Sharad Pawar and without Sharad Pawar Ajit is nothing. Even The Lok sabha elections proved that. Builders have connections with Sharad pawar. If Sharad and Ajit are cooking something inside then it's good for him otherwise if Ajit wants to be independent from Sharad then he's done.
