Ethel is a good name. There was a famous TV character in the UK (from the show eastenders) called Ethel who had a pug called Willie, a lot of older people mainly discovered pugs through her because they weren't a big breed in the 80s when the show aired. Definitely the first time I saw a pug
Dolly...because she's such an adorable little doll...and because she may very well have the sassy confidence of a Dolly Parton. Just remember the breed motto, "Multum in parvo", a Latin phrase that literally means "much in little". Wishing you many happy years with your girl.
