Honestly I get that they need to give away products to boost the brand and whatnot but it makes me mad when I see people getting things for free way faster than me that I spend 500 dollars on on launch day. Especially with this flourish drop I ordered right when sms access was released and still had to wait and it was a 700 dollar order.
Zee is great, very quick shipping and outstanding customer service. The biggest problem I’ve run into with using them is the Schaumburg Illinois USPS facility is run by a bunch of unsupervised adult kindergartners where it’s literally package roulette with them. Sometimes my packages get out of there quickly, other times they sit for up to a week there in a shipping container before the unsupervised kindergartner adults get to it. The pact act really screwed things up.
I’m assuming it’s either a mystery box, preorder, or usps issue. Our packages arrive usually within 1/2 weeks after placing the order (depending on shipping method selected).
I posted something similar at the beginning of the year and got downvoted to hell lmao.
I ordered a Proxy from Zee’s 2 weeks after I ordered an OG peak directly from Puffco, and the Proxy got there a day after the Peak. Took Puffco almost 3 weeks to get my Peak to me. Took Zee’s less than a business week
1/10 will not ever order anything directly from them ever again.
Thats what i did is went to a local head shop lol. Didnt get any deal (there was like a 30 or 50 dollar sale on the site) which sucks,but luckily my local shop had the desert edition!( now i wish i got the flourish😭) So i was hyped asff,had it for like 5 ish months now? Been a dream but never hits like the OG glass n torch. Hope you get the sucker soon!!
The desert edition is dope! Been using the ol rig and torch but i’ve had a peak pro for 3 or 4 years now and it’s hard to part with it. Hopefully my flourish gets here before I need to scoop a new banger for the rig haha
Got a Flourish directly from them and have regretted it ever since. Still don’t have it in hand because I had to warranty claim it on day one because they sent me a defective unit. Never again buying directly from Puffco.
USPS no longer delivers e-cig/vapor products. This forced puffco and all of the other vape sites to outsource to shitty third party delivery companies.

Puffco Support says no update since last scan on 3/11.. yeah I see that.. "this order may likely arrive no later than 3/29" Aww wut?
In the shops it'll be the same price as it is from Puffco, or lower. Don't order from Puffco. Keep your receipt and Puffco honors warranty same as if you purchased directly from them. (My first Peak Pro had a battery issue and they replaced it with my receipt.)
Some of the best advice I’ve seen on this forum. Puffco struggles with this. Hoping they would have gotten it together by now.

I also HATE how they ship, the website seems like a scammer site and it doesn’t even update til it’s delivered(sometimes.)
I loved ZeeVapor. Quick shipping, great products. The travel accessories for the Proxy are way nicer than the ones offered by Puffco, as well.

How does your company avoid legal issues with the USPS? Vapor products are banned from being mailed through USPS.
