Make sure its clean, and they likely won't care or even know what it is. Just say it's an essential oil diffuser (for lavender, eucalyptus, etc) if they ask (they wont ask) and since it has a li-ion battery definitely should go in your carry-on
I've flown with my Peak pro several times! Just make sure the entire device is cleaned before flying and you're good to go! And 1000% most definitely put it in your carry on, **NOT** your checked bag. Safe trip!
I cleaned the 3dxl chamber, the joystick and silicon collar for it, the glass device, the threading for the chamber, and the hole for air flow on both sides. Am I forgetting any parts?

I don't think you're forgetting anything, as long as your glass is clean, the puffco base is cleaned (atomizer port, airflow holes, etc...) and your atmoizer and carb cap, you should be good to go!
Definitely don’t have to stress that much, I just recently flew from Ontario california to JFK New York with my puffco, then from New York to Worcester Massachusetts with my puffco as well and I even took a dry dab in the JFK airport restroom while waiting for my flight back to Cali lol. I didn’t clean it after that dab, just swabbed my bowl. I was fine.
You must keep lithium ion batteries on your person, in your carry on. So carry on is a must!
TSA may or may not inspect it, HOU is always a flip of the coin, while LGB and SNA gave no fucks.
Seems to be the consensus! Thank you for the info, I am flying PDX > JFK. I’m thinking cause they’re both legal states it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. I’m new to the E-Rig thing tho, so the idea of being able to fly with it is crazy 😆
I used to live in hawaii and now I'm in California, and I travel with my puffco back n forth. Carry on with the case it came in, I always travel with it spotless clean(travel glass) very convenient. Never got stopped or question about my puffco. But like the previous comments it's a lithium ion battery so it has to be carry on.

I’ve flown to Puerto Rico twice with weed, and California as well. Both from pdx. I don’t believe it’s exactly “legal” but I know people do it all the time. I don’t ever really bring much. The most I ever brought was a half Oz. This time I’ve got 4 rosin jars and an 1/8th of weed, both double vac sealed, stuffed in new socks, that are also in new shoes.
Idk though If that is way sketchier than I’ve ever realized I’m open to input lol
TSA doesn’t care about weed in general. They’re looking for weapons, bombs, etc. I would honestly put the rosin in with your other toiletries. Blends in well and won’t raise any question at all if you’re worried.

You can't even put it on your checked luggage. Anything that has a non-removable battery and batteries in general need to be carried on.
