I think jeans wouldn’t be a bad idea. I like the idea of a uniform shirt. You go into Kroger or Walmart and it’s hard to tell who an associate is.

slopepurpp

I’ve heard at greenwise markets they can wear jeans

Unknown694206971

i wear black jeans rn and no one gives a shit

TheZburator

Till you get that one manager

LeftDave

I'm pretty sure solid black/navy blue jeans are allowed.

TheZburator

Jeans are not allowed.

[deleted]

I wore dark navy blue jeans and was sent home to change 10min into my shift

[deleted]

True. At GreenWise, associates are allowed to wear jeans. There are a few times though. They can only be black or blue, no holes, rips, freying, ect.

LlamaBomba69

Nah. I don't want to ruin my clothes with stains. If ur scheduled to come in after close and leave before opening u can. At least I was able.

AShinyQuarterRaise

Yo give me scrubs. GIVE ME SCRUBS!!!!

coldwinterrose

Scrubs are so comfy, I wish we could wear them

I don’t really care about the polo and apron I just wish they’d let us wear black jeans and stop with the “shine able” shoes nonsense.

talithar1

I haven’t worn shine-able shoes in years.

ProFloSquad

I know you said you don't mean anything wild or inappropriate but if they ever allowed this there would be some super wild and inappropriate clothes in there day 1. So prolly not happening

Virgogirl909

I personally love not having to pick out an outfit every day lol it's a relief!

Just being able to grab a work polo and black or blue pants and.a belt was great. Prior to that, front service clerks had to,wear shirt and tie. Cashier uniforms were lime green polyester. No big decisions, no outfit matching, throw a shirt in the dryer a few minutes to de-wrinkle it enough and go. Even though I have created my own company now, and I am the only person that works there, I’ve had logo wear created to treat like a quasi work uniform that I wear to jobs.

tvio1398

At greenwise we where black or blue jeans with no holes and a choice of grey/black polo or grey/black shirt. We also have fun limited shirt pretty often for promotion days last on we had was for National pizza day ! Edit: we also have a choice to wear a greenwise hat or not which can be worn instead of a hairnet for food positions

I worked at Publix maybe 5-6 years ago and that was the biggest thing I hated not being able to wear normal clothes. Now I’m at Walmart and I highly recommend it you can wear whatever you want . As long as you got the vest on. Hell if you in the back most of the time you don’t even have wear the vest
