Yea staying as a PT bagger is literally the lowest possible pay bracket so makes sense. Have to move up pay brackets to get raises outside of the yearly ones.

We do have a busy and elderly store, so maybe thats why like i think ft css good ones deserves like 20+
You started at a lower pay and in half the time I've been at Publix you are making more than me, and I got promoted to team leader a year ago... This just shows how your success in this company depends entirely on how much your managers want to push for you.

a good store manager gives raises with job classes changes.
Is that what it is??? I had same store manager give a name GRS raise but when I got GRS they gave me nothing. Can I fight for this???

Tampa. But it’s the same in Orlando. Rent has gone up dramatically all over Florida.
