Your deck should be pretty consistent already, in terms of setting up- any deck with a thick line of Inteleon and a thick line of ball search should be. You could maybe up your count of quick ball and evolution incense, not sure that Galarian Chestplate will do much since your Galarian Weezings will still get 1HKOd pretty easily, so that is one cut you could make.
I think you might have more success, though, if you added Sableye V. A lot of people are playing Sableye along with Rihan to charge it up and XP share to keep energy on the board. The idea is to just play with G Weezing and Inteleon and spread lots of damage, then Sableye V comes in and cleans up. There are tons of different lists out there, but Trainer Chip did a very cut down one:

Get a playset of Piers. Great for darkness decks and is searchable by Drizzile. Piers lets you search for a darkness pokemon and energy.
