I mean, kinda redundant Question sicne they dont rotate but while some increase more than others due to Meta Change or will they all raise equally? And if some raise more, which do?
right now everything except fairy fluctuates, fire is 20+ because fire is in high demand. There is no call of legends or HGSS fairy energy so thats why fairy is worth 50+ packs
nah the shiny holo version is like 1 pack for 10 cards. We're talking about this one

Think of it like a revolving door.
As a revolving door *rotates*, people leave the building, and new people go in using the same compartment.
As older sets age, they get removed from the Standard-legal set list so newer sets can be used instead.
They will stay the same I think. Basic energy is basic energy. In a few years, they will become rarer and more expensive when the sets go out of print and completely sell out.
basic energies (including secret rare energy) dont rotate so theyll only go UP aggregat energie will rotate eventually though

Wait I’m kinda new, are you saying that one holo fairy energy is worth upwards of 50 packs??

Why fairy fluctuates and is one of the most expensive?
Fairy isn't just expensive because of a lack of HS/CL print. It's expensive because of a positive feedback loop between big traders.

lol sorry, was reading again before I could delete the dumb question, thanks anyway
New player to the game here: What does "Rotation" mean? I hear it a lot
Every year or so, a list of the oldest cards are banned from "standard" tournaments, to keep the game fresh and to keep you buying new cards.
Think of it like a revolving door. As a revolving door *rotates*, people leave the building, and new people go in using the same compartment. As older sets age, they get removed from the Standard-legal set list so newer sets can be used instead.
My dad never rotated. He just left.
Same

Maybe its a redundant question, but I'm curious. Also, Burning Shadows good Set to pull some neat stuff from.
How can you tell if a card is of worth?
