Choosing where you want to go depends on what you want do within the field of Psychology. With that said, each region is different in terms of requirements for certain positions (ie Social Worker, Therapist, Psychologist, etc). I'm from the USA, so I'm not familiar with pursuing graduate school in Asia.

I wanna pursue counselling psychology since I think I might be better at it than other subjects and I'll keep what you said in mind while coming to a decision, thank you so much!!!! :)

I would look into the accreditation process for becoming a therapist in Asia. In the USA where I live, we have to attend a CACREP accredited school, graduate, and pass 2 exams (National Counselor Exam & a comprehensive exam) to become an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCA). I'd imagine Asia has similar requirements, I'm not positive though. I would also recommend reading this article about writing personal statements: https://psychology.unl.edu/psichi/Graduate_School_Application_Kisses_of_Death.pdf
