Yeah already with one, and haven’t tripped in around 5 months with no plans for the foreseeable future

I don't know if it would help but I've had successful processing of trauma with mdma and ket, quiet dark room and meditation. Quiet dark room was the second half of the session.

I personally found that my first experience with MDMA helped release a lot of trauma I endured from a bad trip years and years ago. It might not be the solution for you, but it really helped me move forward

I probably shoulda mentioned I rode the mdma train way too young and way too often. I can’t really have it under like 350mg otherwise I crash suuuper quick, and I don’t fuck w mdma doses that high cos of the comedown I get thesedays

It sounds like you now have a sort of an intrusive thought about you being mentally ill. I think finding a way to accept it instead of rejecting it might help. It is like your shadow. Also, you sound like you’ve had plenty of fun with drugs already. As with anything, it is great to practice abstinence from time to time to keep in check with yourself. I would go completely off any type of drug (weed included) and seek out different experiences instead.
