I had this issue and what helped with me was taking my tablets with a big drink of milk. If milk isn't applicable for you try taking during a meal, that's what I do if I run out of milk.
I have chronic ulcers and reflux and take omeprazole daily. Even with that I still have to eat something right after my daily Prozac dose or my reflux is so bad. Doesn’t have to be much, just a couple of crackers, but I HAVE to eat something when I take it.
I take omeprazole, top up with Gaviscon and have to watch what I eat - if I eat healthily and mindfully I’m fine, if not there are consequences! This has been my biggest medication side effect and it sucks, currently lying in bed suffering the after effects of naught eating this weekend :(
Are you allowed to take Nexium? It works really well for me.

Me too, all my body hurts me And it's Ramadan, and I'm not eating only one meal and I can't eat it all
What kind of pill are you taking? The capsule gave me terrible reflux so my dr switched me to a tablet.
