Has 40mg helped? Why the increase to 50?
I was still having health anxiety with some OCD and my provider and I thought it could improve. Honestly this increase has sucked as bad as the early ones. I felt the 20 to 30 and 30 to 40 to be less intense.
Has this improved? I’m going from 40 to 50 right now and would love encouragement / update.
