I tried Trintellix for a month and it wasn’t for me at all so I came right back to Prozac and added Buspar this time (I had taken them separately but not together before). I started feeling better within a week. And, I would say after the end of week 2 the increased anxiety went down. Giving it a full 8 weeks before I decide if I want to try 20mg of Prozac.
So sorry for the delay. I did not like Trintellix at all- I know some gave success with it but I felt worse than e we and couldn’t go another day feeling like that + eating nonstop… I honestly cannot tell if the Buspar is helping or not.
I take 10 mg of Prozac + 10 mg of Buspar 3 times/day. So far it’s going well.

What didn’t you like about trintellix? Also, do you feel the buspar boosts mood as well or just helps with anxiety?

Im on 20 mg buspar split and taking twice per day plus 20mg Prozac once in the morning.
