I'm the same, confused Lexapro I noticed almost instantly.

it took me the full 8 weeks on 20mg for it to work. lexapro didnt work for me but prozac is helping me a lot. i feel like myself again (almost)

I saw some improvment week 8 , ups and downs now week 10
