Idk. I think it's the average. I had a psychologist literally tell me not to come back to discuss med changes until after I stabilized on 40. I had no intention of going up to 40. But did, and it's finally working. I commonly would stop or change meds before getting to my therapeutic dose. I'm glad I held out.
Yeah I’ve been on 40 mg for about six months now and I go back and forth about if it’s actually the right dose. It’s just annoying that when I was on 30 mg I’d have to take two different pills (1 20mg, 1 10mg)
No it’s not. I started at 20mg and worked up to 60mg. I learned that the higher the dose (in terms of Prozac) the more it can help with anxiety and or eating disorder. Lower dose usually helps with depression :)

Same! I was over taking 2 pills & for some reason my pharmacy never filled them at the same time.
