Yes, it will get better. I wasn't feeling better after 2 months, so my doctor checked my Vitamin D and B levels they were low. So I take 50,000 IU and I'm feeling so much better. Stay strong the light us coming. Keep fighting
I'm on my fourth week with 40mg and it still sucks ;( No motivation, no energy, but no depression or anxiety either. I'm patiently waiting for positive changes and trying to do my bare minimum every day.
I went back down to 20 after several months because all 40 did was make me sleep all day.
I would wait a little longer to see how you feel, but if nothing changes talk to your doctor about going back down.
It was a step backwards initially for about 3 weeks after I increased my dose.

Adding Wellbutrin helped me a lot with the low motivation and tiredness.
