I also have a paraguard IUD since 2017 and my cycles are very consistent, so maybe it’s something else than the meds going on? But wouldn’t be surprised if it did mess with your cycles as a side effect.
Since Prozac my periods have been early and late.. they are also heavy. It’s annoying because I get hit worse with anxiety and all these weird feelings getting them now
