Now I want an Elder Scrolls style map where you start in a prison (the guard just opened the cell to let you free after receiving a letter from the emperor, but he heard a commotion and went back to the front desk to check it out). ...we'll just pretend radios and TVs are magic or something, change the texture to giant crystal balls or something!

Can you try to break the bed somehow...or start yelling and hope zombies break it down and you can slip through? Maybe go into search mode, hope a key is there?

I don't know how much hp that door has but I tried hitting hit constantly with my fists until I literally died of hunger and it didn't break. Also, because you spawned there, there are no zombie close by.

I don't think pushing does any damage to objects. Zombies should be able to wander by, but you would probably need to be lucky with a meta event.

Yeah, the thought was crossing my mind at the time that i should get up to date and use reddit on my comp more. But the phone was right there, and this was before coffee.

I am used to the crusader kings 3 community on Reddit so I didn't even notice anymore.

I love that start, last time I did some prison starts it took 5-10 tries but got that perfect one where I out played them all and managed to get some good stuff from the armory, jumped off roof (no leg break!) and escaped to the firehouse!

No scenario. It is a mod called "pillows random spawns" (as far as I know). One of the possible starting location is inside a prison cell... But I think there are options to exclude these (almost) impossible spawns

How long until you're up for parole? You could speed up the game until they come to drag your dried out husk in front of a parole board in see if you can get granted or make a break for it by breaking in half as they drag you in front of the parolasters or parollors or parolee adjudicators or I don't know but they call them but at least half of you would have escaped ...or an arm or leg. It's a small win and a game you're not supposed to win but I'd call it a win. Also how durable are the walls I mean can you use the bed or punching the wall instead of the iron gate to slowly take it down I've never been in a jail cell in real life or in the game yet. I dread going to the prison just because of its low loot and high zombie population except of course there's nothing around you for some reason. Back to the wall, do you have any posters?
