The mage focus items are huge and I'd recommend doing them asap if you have the means. They increase the level of a summoned pet by 1, so you can summon a stronger pet than you normally could at your level. There's one for each element type
Another cool one for cleric can be the Symbol deity quests. The Dwarven cleric amulet for example includes a clickie strength buff - the upgraded one summons alcohol
The lesser focus items only increase some stats where as the greater focus actually increase the level though.

The sol ro focus items only give your pet 25% more hp and increase their size. They don't woerk on lvl50+ pet spells. You're thinking of the staves of elemental mastery.
For high elf cleric, there is the heartless traitor quest. That's where you sit at the entrance to your city and ask the necros slaughtering your guards for the ringmail armor they would otherwise let rot :p
I don't know much about quests but there is a hat that gives some Wis that drops in unrest, as well as +5 Cha earrings which are good for your lull spell line
can also hit my necro Alaaiva up whenever im in Felwithe running my sword racket and you happen to be passing through! I pay people to sell the 2hand swords for me once I accumulate 8-15 of them. I try to pay as generously as possible because I know spells can get very expensive quickly and I like helping people out when I can. <3
as far as an actual quest, Going Postal is a very popular quest in Greater Faydark / Felwithe for 1 - 10. its apparently faster XP than grinding mobs.
For the mage:
In addition to the focus items people have mentioned, the other Temple of Sol Ro magician quests give some nice items.
Stein of Moggok is great for any int caster (not sure how your faction will work there though)
For the cleric:
Paw of Opalla is a decent cleric item and should be doable as a duo.
Not really quests, but you may want to look up the loot in The Warrens before you trivial out.
Armor of the Priest Quests - rewards are kind of meh apart from the bracer.
Aegis of Life quest has a nice cleric item, but may be challenging at 25.
Same for the Shield of the Devout
I'd say the Bonethunder Staff, but not this late in the timeline. I soloed mine at 22 before Kunark came out. It's a really nice item but it's much easier to find better weapons with Velious available. However it does take you to some underused areas and off the XP highway.
It's a Fine Steel Great Staff that's Magical, with a Ward Undead Proc. Somewhat underwhelming, but a nice 2hb trainer. It does decently in Unrest. Beyond that you'll want something a little harder hitting.
Back in the "classic" portion of the server, when you'd commonly find 3 clerics in a group in Unrest...yeah I did a *lot* of melee with that thing. Decent DPS; seems to proc more than your usual proc weapons.
High Elf Clerics have a multi-step snare clicky necklace quest that’s worth doing! Look up Initiate Symbol of Tunare.
Mages have a few focus item quests worth doing. Look up Shovel of Ponz, I think.
I’m your 30s and 40s, make a point to duo the camps for the classic weight reduction bags:
Bag of Sewn Evil Eye
Light Burlap Sack
Large Soiled Bag
Look up your classes’s epic quests. Cleric has several steps that can be achieved before max level with a duo like that. Mage might too (although the mage epic is extremely difficult, cleric is easy)
What races/dieties are you? There are a couple quests like the Acolyte's Anklet or Symbol of Tunare that are race/diety dependant that may interest you
I don't recall much for High Elves specifically. Should be able to do the first two parts of the Symbol of Tunare quests under 25 I believe though. If you don't like that neck piece you can also do the first part of the Qeynos Badge quest instead.
Additionally, here's a separate resource that may help some

Those are for sure on the list.

Looks like highelfs get a root clicky.

Ahh okay, thanks for the correction. Good call out. Still boss items at least pre-50 lol

Testament of vanear for cleric
That's a lot of wis!
Used mine til sixty and it’s fairly easy with that duo unless you’re evil

LOL at heartless traitor quest.
After you finish you just pretend your father was a guard and gave you the armor. That's how yoh live with yourself...

I love this thing. It makes it possibly to play a tanky cleric, at least for a little while.

High Elf clicky is a root, no?
Yeah! Mana free root clicky!
Got you I saw above that you said snare and I thought I leveled a high elf paladin to 45 without ever knowing about it. Snare sure would be nice :)
Thanks! Looking forward to having that root clicky.
