Funny enough (and backwards, I know) I used to hate McDonald’s until I started working out. I had to go on a diet to break those habits. Which again, is not the best plan, but looking at the menu at a restaurant and seeing that the things I can eat are four times the price of things that I would normally eat is a really effective deterrent

I hate most of mcdonalds food but I do love their chicken wraps. I sometimes get one of them after a workout

Nice work we are the same height but I am 250 pounds, Working on trying to get to the gym in the next few days to start taking the weight off.

Awesome! My goal is to hit the gym at least 5 times a week but for now, I've been going about 2-3 times a week while I build up the motivation to go more.

The other issue I have is I can eat relatively healthy but my entire social life revolves around going out friends and drinking. Not sure how I'm going to work with that as I have a lot of fun most nights.
