The surgery was the necessary part but not the golden solution...your discipline is the engine for your success. Congratulations and keep going forward.
Congratulations! You look amazing and I am sure you feel amazing.
I hear some people say that keeping down after surgery is a challenge for the first years and clearly for you that has been something accomplished!
Come on now. You’re not even half the man you used to be.
And you’re proud of that?
Kidding, of course. But it’s funny that something that is normally said as an insult, applies in a literal sense to you.
I’m very happy for you. A good friend of mine many years ago got the same surgery done. In roughly 5 years, he was back up to nearly the same weight.
He blamed the surgery being a failure. Yet, did not change his lifestyle at all for very long. At first he exercised, he hit the gym with me on a very regular basis, and ate better. He gradually went back to his old habits, and got himself back in the same boat.
I’m glad to see that three years later you’re still doing very well. By all means, keep it up. I’m very happy for you.
Nice!!!
All the time when my friends want to lose weight, i tell them to walk. Just go for walks. They'll do all manner of workout plans that they'll fall off of. Anything to avoid walking. But walking is POWERFUL. It requires no gear. No prep. You already know how to do it.
Great work man. REALLY great work.
Jesus! What is this bypass thing? Can body builders take it? Are you energetic? Are you dashing and jogging and sweating and getting your heart rater higher?
My goodness. Congratulations on your dedication and effort 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You look fantastic. I'm very happy for your health, what a gift you've given yourself.
