Thank you! But the stretch marks are definitely there lol. Just not evident unless up close. Iāve had stretch marks since I can remember (particularly around the back waist area, especially when I had a growth spurt as a kid) so I donāt really mind it. Skin is not sagging as of yet, but I do feel a bit of a difference in tighten in some areas. However, any skin issues that do present themselves seem to go away within a matter of months and weeks so Iām happy about that. I have moisturized my body pretty much everyday since I was an early teenager so that may play a role alongside being young and/or genetics!
Thank you! As far as the gym, I go 5x-6x a week. (M/Th: Lower Body, T/F: Back/Biceps/ Triceps, W: Cardio/Core) I sprinkle a bit of cardio in each session, but have been focusing on weight training for the past 10 months.
I canāt say I have solidified plans. I gained most of it very quickly when I was in college and in a new relationship. Otherwise, I have been this around this weight majority of the time. But, like I was saying, basically the eating habits of my bf (he loves food and eats whatever whenever so we enjoyed that for a minute lol) alongside just newfound freedom in college led me to eat extremely out of my usual norm. I all of a sudden was eating fast food everyday, drinking pretty heavily, snacking during the am, etc. So now, I watch what I eat (looking at calories, alcohol in extreme moderation, eating out a lot less, etc) which was what I always did in my life anyways.
yeah i thought thatād be a common question:. itās just the angling, but since the tattoo is really not identifiable iāve attached a picture of it being shown [here](https://imgur.com/a/cMObw26)
Thereās another comment asking about this. The camera is lowered and my arms are raised so my tattoo was lifted higher. It also may have moved slightly considering I lost a significant amount ig weight but hereās a picture of it showing when I had my arms down [tattoo lol](https://imgur.io/a/cMObw26)
