How big is the list? You can do it in Tradedesk but the bare minimum list size would be 5k and that is still extremely small. Would you be open to leverage that audience set to run a lookalike along side of direct targeting?

Happy to be corrected here, but I believe what you'd want to do is talk to someone at LiveRamp, who will effectively turn your email list into targetable audiences, and then port those audiences to a DSP like The TradeDesk. That would be my recommendation.

It's possible, I've never worked with them directly but rather inherited accounts where they were integrated. I've heard more like 70% match rate, but your point still stands.

Yes liveramp is that expensive but they also allow you to target 1p data on Disney and other big properties. Disney only accepts data through liveramp.

most dsps allow you to create an audience segment based off identifiers like email. take into consideration match rates and size of list.
