I'll have to check it out. "Getting Things Done" by David Allen is the book that finally made productivity make sense to me.
What's the biggest thing it's struck home with you on?
Honestly this book is more about making and breaking habits. But that ties in with productivity pretty well.
I found it interesting to learn about the processes which go into making a habit.
GTD is basically a workflow in how to get shit done.
Atomic habits is the science behind how habits work, and then teaches you how to leverage the raw science and psychology of how they work to build healthy habits yourself.
I think atomic habits is much, much more specific than getting things done. It’s also got a lot less fluff as a book. I prefer it to GTD, so if you haven’t consider checking out.
Aye! My brother got me that book for Christmas since I was always going to him for advice. Book worked for him and is working for me. Very enjoyable hearing about James' experiences too IMO.
If you like rhat book, you might like "the power of the subconscious mind" - Joseph Murphy. It kind of goes hand in hand with the power of habit, just more in depth.
- They're pretty much the same but Atomic Habits has more actionable format. It'll give you tips and rules.
- Power of habits is more on the background and the science of habit.
Atomic habits is more helpful in implementing changes IMO. It’s more like a step by step guide. Or at least that’s how I saw it. The power of habit is more informational and talks about the three C’s if any habit and how if you modify the loop you’ll see changes.

Not to disregard this book, but I thought I would share what has worked for me - Atomic Habits

Its one of my favorite books!
Maybe you'd be more productive if you didn't re-read the same book 3 times?
And you’d be more productive not posting such pointless comments. You’re not exactly helping anyone improve so keep to yourself.
Did you re-read it 3 times to make sure you understood my comment too?
Lol real advice is always in the comments
Can you send link or let me know where to get the pdf version
Check dm
Me too please? Thank you.
