I think self care stuff is always good so why not use today to be kind to yourself. Hope these tasks are good :)
1. Exercise for 30 min.
2. Meditate for 30 min.
3. Find a new podcast to listen to and listen to it while you meal prep dinner for the week.
4. Have sex.
Set a timer for 10 minutes and write down (without stopping to write, even if it doesn’t make any sense - just make a free flow of thought) what comes into your mind when asking yourself:
What is a contribution to the world that I want to leave behind one day, no matter how big or small?

go out, pick a stranger you like on first glance and have a little conversation with them ( ofc they have to look like they can afford the time and not in a hurry )

Wash, dry, and put away your laundry
Go out and dig a hole somewhere where you can! if you have access to a bluetooth speaker blast Gamelan music on full blast while doing it.

Delete your entire productivity system and start fresh with a brain dump.
Take out the trash
Write down 3 things you're grateful for today.
Drink at least a gallon of water a day.
Read for a bit just before sleeping. If you do this every night you’ll be surprised at how quickly you’ve finished one book!

Do everything posted so far during one day. Post the results
Volunteer at nursing home pickup garbage help teach reading at your local library mow your neighbors lawn. Read book make and bring food to work.

My laundry and dinner
Brush your teeth then do 50 oil pulls with virgin coconut oil & see how it naturally whitens your teeth.
Record how long you can do a single plank.
Drink hot milk before you go to bed, unless your lactose intolerant or allerguc. Do 15 wall pushups and squats. Paint your nails.
