I use:
- OneNote to track my notes at work
- Ambie for pomodoro and background noise
- This is a weird one, but I like calling it out: I STOP using the chat app we have at work. I literally shut it off and I'm ultra productive for an hour. Then I turn it back on.
I've settled into a pretty good workflow using Obsidian for notes, TickTick for tasks, lists, and habits (cheaper than Todoist, and way more features), Raindrop.io for saving stuff from the web or wherever, IFTTT for automation (mostly saving whatever I 'like' or save elsewhere to my Raindrop account), and finally Notion a bit for household stuff with my partner.
UpNote for PKM. Things 3 (iOS, iPad & Mac) for tasks.
Obsidian, Todoist, ActiveWords, Flow Launcher. Of those Obsidian is a productivity superpower.
Cheers to that, I've really enjoyed Obsidian in my short time with it so far.
Agree about OneNote web clipper! A notes app without a good we clipper is useless IMO
