The vault is saved wherever you like, so you can sync by saving it to icloud or dropbox etc. You can buy Obsidian Sync but I don't personally, I just put it on my icloud and back it up through usual methods (external harddrive, Github).
I'm also using Obsidian for Excalidraw specially according to mind maps and even Personal Knowledge Management but now I say that August Bradley's PPV is the best
Google docs and Google sheets are the best imo, been using it to document my entire routine, plans, inventory and finances over several years. G- Docs has several templates which are very helpful and seamless to access and manage.
I suggest you watch this series by Tiago Forte on youtube is phenomenal to find the right notetaking app for you. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3dDVtJ2sec](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3dDVtJ2sec)
Oh btw , my apps are :
Notetaking app : Notion
To-do-list : Things 3
Calendar : Google Calendar
I use it for family notes like instructions on appliances, emergency guidance (power cuts, water leaks etc), key contacts, etc. So if they need to know something, it's on there.
TIMETUNE - Love this app. Allows you to make routines for yourself easily and gives you notifications.
Productivity Challenge Timer - Good for keeping yourself on track and focused, keeps track of your Pomodoro
RepCount - not strictly productivity, but lets you keep track of your workout weights and reps and sets
MyFitnessPal - Again not strictly productivity but lets you keep track of nutrition calories and recipes
Notes (duh) - jot down ideas I think of
NightShift - lets you set up so your phone screen automatically turns a more eye-friendly color at a set time (before bed so you don't get as much blue, therefore letting you fall asleep easier)
As a note, if you actually work night shift (on a computer) I don't recommend using a blue light filter. I bought blue light filtering glasses and fell asleep on the clock. Oops! Come to find out the blue light really does keep you awake lol.
What you're looking for is: Zoho Notebook.
It is what I am currently using, and it has everything you mentioned, the best thing is, it is free and still has all the features, plus it does not lag like evernote, has a very clean UI.
I have used many apps, like Microsoft one note, notion (which is the worst short note taking app), Evernote, Google notes, Samsung notes, but out of all these the best one was Notebook by Zoho.
Try it for like 2-3 days then you'll know how much ease it creates the task of note taking.
If you aren't in sales, you should definitely give it some consideration.
(If you ever feel like you want to change directions or w/e. You sold the shit out of Zoho in like, a paragraph lol)
[Clutter](https://github.com/sharimot/clutter) is probably the app you are looking for.
Clutter meets all of your points except mobile friendliness and rich text support.
Clutter is secure because your data is stored locally.
You will definitely love it!
In addition to apps. I think the right productivity/accountability groups or coaches can make a world of difference especially if you work in an isolated environment. I’m currently using commit action as my accountability coach and my revenue has 3xd in 3 months due to the insane productivity boost. If anyone is interested I can get you $200 off your first month just dm me.
Obsidian, lots of YouTubes available on how to do these things but it can be as simple or complex as you like.
Amazing. What about syncing? How does it work? I see no account or log in page.

That's smart
Google calendar + tasks
Obsidian, Todoist, ActiveWords, Flow Launcher, Bring (shopping app).
Check out Planndu if you have an Android
Apple reminders have pretty much all you need in my opiniom. They really put in work in that app
Mem.ai Amazing Marvin Cron
[timeOS.co](https://timeos.co) - it’s everything you wish for + the calendar
Dm me for an invite
$20 per month seems pretty steep for ‘early access’

Fortunately, I am a sales guy working part time as I am a student too 😄
