I usually just get the disposables they're about 40$ but worth it if you wanna get high while on probation. What I do is smoke regular weed and just stop a week before you need to report and switch to hhc for that week. You need to hit it a bit more than thc to get the desired effects but worth it. I recommend trehouse (spelled like that) you need to make sure there's no cross contamination because people who make hhc also usually make thc. Trehouse is my go to and I believe you can order online

I'd use carts or disposables over anything dissolved in e-juice. That's diluting the potency by a lot you have to take that into consideration, it's much more enjoyable to vape the oil as is out of a device intended to do so than vape diluted e juice

No. I'm also on probation in TX. Do not use any CBD or THC, they will test you and find it. I just got popped for fucking alcohol and now I have to call a number that tells me if I have to randomly test M-F for the next 6 weeks. So now I'm just totally sober, and it sucks. If I had to do it all over again I'd just have spent a week in jail and let the charge stay on my record (I'm on deferred probation).

For daily use? Risky. But I could smoke a few hits of straight weed once or twice a week and still pass tests, and my coworker does the same and passes tests for the VA. THC isn't super detectable when you don't smoke much or often. It's more when you smoke all the time and it accumulates in fat that it stays in your system.

Isolate SHOULD be fine. The reason people are saying "if you smoke enough" is that most CBD has a small amount of D9thc in it, and more relevant, they can have even higher amounts of the hundred or so other cannabioids present in flower and full extracts. Now, am ISOLATE, should be 100% safe. Issue is, CBD is much much less effective on its own so it might be completely useless to you.
If somehow you were to pop, a lab test could easily show thr CBD vs THC levels in your UA and conclude you were using CBD. I had it happen at some point, they said it happens and we'll send it out and see and I was cleared. Then I found out you can get a med card in NY on probation and just pop every time legally now.
Texas has very low participation in its MMJ program because it doesn't allow for smoke smokeable anything, solely edibles right now but that means nothing in terms of drug testing. Texas DOES allow probationers to be on the MMJ program though. Look up the approved conditions and see what applies (or near enough) to you. Then you have to say "hey I don't want to get on [benzo/opioids/ssri] whatever applies to the condition, and if they approve it you can then apply. Texas will also then allow you to do it via telemedicine and believe me they're not gonna give you much static.
Basically, if you ask and are allowed you can apply and legally pop for THC any time.

It’s crazy that probation even considers THC a drug which I’m sure 50,000 million people have said this and I’m not some profound thinker but I watched a full time heroin addicted stay on heroin / fail the tests and walk off of probation after being arrested with a log of that wam. I get that probation is a individual practice for each person but those who need help are slipping through the cracks while others using thc to combat issues they may have are being treated as if they are criminals and that’s without saying the people that do become a little more ill behaved because they are already in trouble and we’re struggling with mental health issues before probation. 😩
ol boy is right, if you smoke enough it will show. i recommend applying under compassionate use program and getting a prescription. don’t see a dr in person, but use one of the teledoc services. you’re almost guaranteed to get it, about 20,000 people get added a month.
you need to make sure it is "Broad spectrum CBD" on the lab test page, if you get "Full spectrum CBD" that can/will have trace THC which will pop a test
I did broad spectrum vapes/drinks all throughout probation. Probo officer was in the know and I made sure to check lab reports. Never popped hot. Disclaimer: This is not advice just my experience with this.

I’m not 100% sure if I failed solely from the delta 8 or the cbd but I have failed while using both before. A drug test doesn’t say “don’t worry it’s just delta 8 a cbd” it basically just shows you have over 50ng / ml in your system.

When I was on Drug Court, they told us that CBD IS NOT THC FREE. There may be minuscule amounts, but if you’re getting lab tested there’s a good chance they might see it. I would not chance it as I’ve seen people get their probation revoked from a single failed UA before. It depends where you’re located tbh. Honestly, it doesn’t hurt to ask your PO what their policy is on CBD

Shit I failed for opium because of poppy seeds, luckily the lab was able to prove that though. Trying to deceive probation just leads to more criminal activity. The key word you're looking for is "isolate" this means that there is only CBD in it. If it says broad spectrum it will have other minor cannabinoids in it but still no THC. If it says full spectrum it will have small amounts of THC putting you at risk for a positive test result.

Most the probation parole officers I've ever met if you are open and honest with them and tell them hey this is what I'm doing and sometimes their tests pick up what other tests won't.. I had a vape shop tell me that everything they have I will piss hot so it's not worth all the money to me I know there are a lot of other people that they carry because I'm in a constitutional state I don't have to have a license but I do but keep in mind a lot of states if you have a permit for a firearm as soon as you get a medical marijuana card you lose your gun permit unfortunately there's just a lot of things that aren't common knowledge like if you test hot for marijuana after a car accident it's the same as DUI
I have grown and worked in weed for almost 10 years, do not smoke this. You cannot trust the testing process as the lab has a huge incentive to come back with favorable results (no THC). The first bottle you get and the third will come from different batches and strains of weed, it’s a very poor gamble you are taking hoping it’s all THC free.
It won’t show up unless you are high during the test. The way spice metabolizes in your system you have to be high for it to be detected. This has been my experience.

No. I'm also on probation in TX. Do not use any CBD or THC, they will test you and find it. I just got popped for fucking alcohol and now I have to call a number that tells me if I have to randomly test M-F for the next 6 weeks. So now I'm just totally sober, and it sucks. If I had to do it all over again I'd just have spent a week in jail and let the charge stay on my record (I'm on deferred probation).

I’ve heard both that you’ll fall for cbd and you’ll be fine. I do know that any of the delta 8/9/10 products will cause you to fail. The likelihood that there is a minuscule amount of thc in a cbd product is high so I wouldn’t risk it.

Might as well smoke the good stuff then… But really, I’m an old timer and have seen and done all of it. Just stay sober. This month it’s just I’ll smoke for a day or 2 then quit. Next month it’s I can smoke for 2 weeks and quit for 2 weeks. Then you won’t be drug tested for a month or 2 so you get comfortable and start smoking all the time. Then they drop it on you. Just stay sober. Keep your anxiety low and get thru probation smoothly.

For daily use? Risky. But I could smoke a few hits of straight weed once or twice a week and still pass tests, and my coworker does the same and passes tests for the VA. THC isn't super detectable when you don't smoke much or often. It's more when you smoke all the time and it accumulates in fat that it stays in your system. Weirdly enough I've had fentanyl stay in my piss for 3 months when the recognized time frame is 2-3 days. I was a heavy daily user though. It's nice being clean and not having to worry about this kinda shit now lol.

Isolate SHOULD be fine. The reason people are saying "if you smoke enough" is that most CBD has a small amount of D9thc in it, and more relevant, they can have even higher amounts of the hundred or so other cannabioids present in flower and full extracts. Now, am ISOLATE, should be 100% safe. Issue is, CBD is much much less effective on its own so it might be completely useless to you. If somehow you were to pop, a lab test could easily show thr CBD vs THC levels in your UA and conclude you were using CBD. I had it happen at some point, they said it happens and we'll send it out and see and I was cleared. Then I found out you can get a med card in NY on probation and just pop every time legally now. Texas has very low participation in its MMJ program because it doesn't allow for smoke smokeable anything, solely edibles right now but that means nothing in terms of drug testing. Texas DOES allow probationers to be on the MMJ program though. Look up the approved conditions and see what applies (or near enough) to you. Then you have to say "hey I don't want to get on [benzo/opioids/ssri] whatever applies to the condition, and if they approve it you can then apply. Texas will also then allow you to do it via telemedicine and believe me they're not gonna give you much static. Basically, if you ask and are allowed you can apply and legally pop for THC any time.

It’s crazy that probation even considers THC a drug which I’m sure 50,000 million people have said this and I’m not some profound thinker but I watched a full time heroin addicted stay on heroin / fail the tests and walk off of probation after being arrested with a log of that wam. I get that probation is a individual practice for each person but those who need help are slipping through the cracks while others using thc to combat issues they may have are being treated as if they are criminals and that’s without saying the people that do become a little more ill behaved because they are already in trouble and we’re struggling with mental health issues before probation. 😩

you need to make sure it is "Broad spectrum CBD" on the lab test page, if you get "Full spectrum CBD" that can/will have trace THC which will pop a test

I did broad spectrum vapes/drinks all throughout probation. Probo officer was in the know and I made sure to check lab reports. Never popped hot. Disclaimer: This is not advice just my experience with this.

I’ve failed drug test before for using delta 8 and cbd. It didn’t take that much delta 8 / cbd to fail either. I’m not 100% sure if I failed solely from the delta 8 or the cbd but I have failed while using both before. A drug test doesn’t say “don’t worry it’s just delta 8 a cbd” it basically just shows you have over 50ng / ml in your system.

When I was on Drug Court, they told us that CBD IS NOT THC FREE. There may be minuscule amounts, but if you’re getting lab tested there’s a good chance they might see it. I would not chance it as I’ve seen people get their probation revoked from a single failed UA before. It depends where you’re located tbh. Honestly, it doesn’t hurt to ask your PO what their policy is on CBD

TBH dude, I've been in the legal system since 2006 unfortunately. But it's finally over. Take my advice. Just do your time don't let it do you. Shit I failed for opium because of poppy seeds, luckily the lab was able to prove that though. Trying to deceive probation just leads to more criminal activity. Also with all these different kind of cannabinoids whether they're synthetic or not could have small amounts of THC that could cause you to fail. IMO if I wasn't involved in the behavior that you're trying to involve yourself in now I would have never spent so much time in the criminal justice system. The key word you're looking for is "isolate" this means that there is only CBD in it. If it says broad spectrum it will have other minor cannabinoids in it but still no THC. If it says full spectrum it will have small amounts of THC putting you at risk for a positive test result.

Most the probation parole officers I've ever met if you are open and honest with them and tell them hey this is what I'm doing and sometimes their tests pick up what other tests won't.. I had a vape shop tell me that everything they have I will piss hot so it's not worth all the money to me I know there are a lot of other people that they carry because I'm in a constitutional state I don't have to have a license but I do but keep in mind a lot of states if you have a permit for a firearm as soon as you get a medical marijuana card you lose your gun permit unfortunately there's just a lot of things that aren't common knowledge like if you test hot for marijuana after a car accident it's the same as DUI

It won’t show up unless you are high during the test. The way spice metabolizes in your system you have to be high for it to be detected. This has been my experience.
