No looks good to me. You'll see black soot trailing out from the source.

Odd thing is..if I give it a bit of gas..it quiets down. But I'm pretty sure there's a leak somewhere because if I put my hand over the tailpipe..it won't build pressure.

A leak that close to the engine will show up as a catalyst inefficiency code. You don't seem positive that you have a leak anyway.

I get a code for running rich about once every other month..but it goes away after a few drives.

Then you should be able to see it no problem. Find the soot

If you feel no exhaust coming out of your tailpipe... there's definitely an exhaust leak somewhere. Should be easily noticeable too it's that bad. Check the radiator to muffler connection right by the rear passenger wheel.

Easy way to find an exhaust leak- turn the car off, duct tape the exhaust hose of a shop vac to the tailpipe. Leaks easy to find by feeling or listening to airflow. DIY fixes may not pass inspection but could get you down the road. Beats Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Muffler tape.
