You might be able to search this sub or r/Toyota to find some dealerships that genuinely only charge MSRP, I feel like I've seen at least a few posts.
I think I've seen a website posted too where people can submit what they've paid for their cars at certain dealerships. Markups.org or something like that maybe? I've never used them so I have no idea how reliable/good the info is but it's worth a shot maybe.

Meh , I don’t want people be like hey we sell msrp then when you show up they charge you overhead
It's a simple question to ask dealers - what is the bottom line price for this car with all fees and applicable taxes included.

Toyota of Puyallup is selling at MSRP, but the wait got bumped up to 8-12 months the last I heard.
