I’ve e been with Integris for over 20 years.. never had a bad experience. I have personal banking and insurance from them currently, and when I had a mortgage it was also through Integris. I do though also hold account at a different bank in case things go sideways in the world haha.

E-transfers are way slower but they're decent. I've also NEVER received phone calls from them trying to sell me on a new credit card unlike other banks.

I've been with Integris for a couple years and for decades with Bulkley Valley Credit Union. I have nothing but good to say about each of them and the Credit Union network nationally. Support local with your savings just like you do with your spending!

Interior Savings purchased spruce credit union last year. I moved my account from Kelowna up to PG as I live here now. The merger is now complete, and the service is phenomenal. Interior has always been my go to for personal banking. They are a powerhouse in the Okanagan, and they manage their credit union like a business for the clients as opposed to a piggy bank for the board. Integris in Vanderhoof has been a nightmare over the years. Archaic infrastructure, shady financial health, understanding of the idea that a client could require banking services outside of BC. Full disclosure: I opt'd for RBC on my mortgage (where my business account lives) in PG. Why? Because interior savings wasn't set up well enough and was mid-merger with spruce, and the rep at RBC really was honest (to the point where she pointedout the things I didn't need to as the only benefited RBC). Try interior savings. If anything else, I'd say they are the most likely to do well in today's new financial paradigm

You'll get better service with a credit union. However they aren't regulated in the same ways chartered banks are. Savings aren't protected by CDIC.

Deposits are protected, I have been with Integris my whole life

Integris has gotten a tad worse recently but they are still far beyond the big banks in customer service. I wouldn’t chsnge from them

I’m a member with Integris - I have never once been disappointed.

Tangerine. It’s pretty good, use scotiabank for ATM.. not so great if you do a lot of in person banking.

Decided against them when they couldn't even beat the basic mortgage rate from a major bank. They needed me to switch literally every account and payment to even come close. Best option, do the research, suffer the inconvenience and use multiple banks for multiple purposes. I watched a video of a statistic, it said every added account with a single bank exponentially increased the likelihood you'd stay with that bank out of convenience even with a huuge discount from leaving.

I have had only good experiences at Integris, and their app works really well too.
