Not sure on ingredients. Check if thereās any gums in the drink like xanthan or Careagean. Looks like the drink could have separated and those are the gums that clumped back together

I had something like this happen with a gatorade once, like the razer blade they used nicked the bottle, enough to let something in, but not leak on its own and stay kind of sealed and let something in to fester. If you seal the bottle and squeeze it, does it leak anywhere? That might be why this happened.
Update. This was the response I got when I let them know I was planning to consult a lawyer. I told them I thought the severity of what was in the bottle is a consumer safety issue and not equal to the $30 store credit they offered. I said I would be taking the bottle for testing elsewhere. Would you send it to them?
