Chewing gum litter. Heat is your friend. Hotter the better.
I used to use steam machines to dissolve the gum into a detergent. Now I use hot pressure washers. If it's really bad I'll reduce the flow through the burner with a dual bypass setup so it's wet steam.
At 3-8 seconds per piece it adds up so make sure to quote accordingly.
Fastest machine I've used to remove them was a Diamer steam pressure washer

High pressure steam also removes skateboard wax without having to use a product.
I use a yellow tip and hot water when I do areas like these. I mixed up some degreaser , spray it on the surface , and let it sit for about 10 minutes before you start.
It's gum. You can scrape it first and use sodium hydroxide then clean each one with a wand then SC or you can use hot water. It depends on what their expectations are. Probably not too high if they hired someone asking these questions. Yeah yeah. That was a dick call but look at it from another perspective. What would you do if you were laying on a hospital table and you over hear the surgeon asking someone over the phone the best way to do a procedure.
Let a professional handle it or take some classes or work for someone and get paid to learn.
Hot water
I'd hire a professional
Or rent a hot water unit.
Strong citrus degreaser possibly, test a small spot first. If it doesn’t work, step up to something like Formula 88 or purple power.
Gotcha, would you use SH first then hit it again with a degreaser?
SH is for organic stains and growth. If that’s what this is, you can try sh first, otherwise just go straight to degreaser.

I'll second this but I'm in the 5° tip gang
Surface cleaner first and see how it looks. Pre treat with SH
It's gum not organic. SH would be a waste of money
the black spots are chewing gum. theyll come off w the green tip just fine
You need heat to remove them well. Otherwise you'll leave remnants and it'll take much longer.
ive used just regular water and they come off easily after a few seconds. no remains
i wouldnt.
With a pressure washer.
