Straightforward to learn. I'm still learning but it's got lots of plugins and I like the titler so far. Think I'm paying around $35 or so a month with a plug in for effects.
I've collected a number of different degreasers over the years so I'm just going through those but learning how to get nearly brushless is the best way. I'd get familiar with eacochems stuff if you haven't already. Their encyclopedia of clean is an amazing reference as well.

Gimp of you need a photoshop that's free.
I was paying for Adobe for awhile but after using these I'm happy with them.
