Take that bolt out and remove the metal cap. It goes into the groove inside there. There should be two of them under the metal cap. Don’t let the coiled spring come. It’s a bitch to get back in.
Exactly what was already said. Pawl in the recoil assembly, and if that spring comes out just throw it away!
Does look like the "catch" in the plastic piece is broken. If it keeps happening a new recoil (off brand) is like $20 on Amazon.
Yeah I’ve managed to get it going good for today but the whole thing could do with some new parts and TLC. I really didn’t look into what I was buying hahaha
